RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We have a 15 day return policy from the delivery date of your package(s).
Return the items for a refund or exchange unused and in the same condition that you received it - not damaged, stained or missing any parts (buttons, zippers, tags etc.) and warranties, where applicable.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the items in the original packaging along with the invoices or receipts included with your package.
Unless there is a manufacturers’ defect, damage to shipped items or an order processing error, we cannot accept the return or exchange of merchandise that has been worn, personalized or altered/adjusted. Krystian's Menswear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges of merchandise returned for an exchange. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Mail your return to:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of it, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Merchandise returned for a refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. However, items returned for an exchange of same value or higher and clothing for another size or color is NOT subject to the restocking fee.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Cards
- Grooming and Personal care products
- Intimate Apparel and Socks
- Reduced (discounted) and/or sale items
If you are returning a gift item and you did not make the purchase we will issue you a store credit, whereas if you are the purchaser you will be issued a refund as outlined in this policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, bring your item with the original receipt, and we will process your return. Please check if your items qualify for a return or exchange beforehand.
RETURNING BY MAIL
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it by mail please fill out the return form below. You will receive a confirmation number for your request with a return label and instructions on how to process the return.
Please note that your refund will have the 20% restocking fee and the price of the return label deducted. You will receive your refund after we have received your package.
