Politique d'expédition


Orders received before 5pm ET are processed on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 5pm ET and/or weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming the details of your order and another notification when your order has been shipped. Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an email or you need any assistance with your order before it is shipped, please contact cs@krystiansmenswear.com
Delivery times will vary dependent on the shipping method selected at checkout.  

Some carriers may experience delays due COVID-19 safety precautions and high seasonal volumes that are outside of our control. We will notify you of any delays with your package and its estimated delivery. 


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts and before taxes) within Canada and US at this time.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup is available during regular store hours, (see store hours on our Contact Us page here). You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup in-store. Please have your order confirmation email with you. If you prefer curbside pickup, phone or email us to make arrangements. 


Due to COVID 19 Canada Posts has suspended service to certain destinations. To see the full list of destinations in PDF, click here. 

International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Krystian's Menswear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@krystiansmenswear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. or APO addresses. 


We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus 20% restocking fee.  (Refer to our full Refund & Exchange Policy.)

Krystian's Menswear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
